Hi Nabin, you need to use the KDE Control Center. Once you are in the program, go to 'Look & Feel' -> 'Colors' and select 'Pale Grey'. I believe that this color scheme will suit best your monochrome display, however, while being there, you may test other available combinations as well.
Do not forget to click on the 'Apply' button before exiting the KDE Control Center... HTH.
