Are you setting the ip's on the other machines statically? If not, you can set up a dhcp server. Does this Siemens modem have an ethernet connection? If so, there are plenty of howto's out there for this. You'll need two NIC's in the Linux box...eth0 connected to the DSL modem, and eth1 for your inside network. Take a look here....
