Is the 4th partition is an extended partition?

I partitioned it into 4 sections. The first one is C: for Windows & drivers, the second is D: for Windows applications, the third one is for downloads & music, the fourth is for RedHat. I downloaded the .ISO's the other day and burned the 3 CD's. The CD's pass the CD test with no problems. The installation starts ok and askes if I want it to partition automatically or manually. Of course, I want to do it manually to make sure Windows is operational until I get RedHat operational. Good ol' Disk Druid opens and gives me a map of the drive and I select the fourth partition to set up a 2 cylindar swap drive then select the remainder of the drive for the mount point. Immediately I get an error stating I can't set a partition beyond the end of the drive and the operation fails. No matter what I do, I can't get a successful partition to install RedHat into. What can I do now? -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
