* Run 
         rdate -s -p ntp.demon.co.uk 
 as root and set the time.

* Run 
        date -s 'Wed Jun  4 13:19:11' (type the time you want) as root.

* If there is a problem with your hardware clock (bios clock), you can 
also set it with the following command (run as root) after setting time:

        hwclock --systohc
