PDC20269: IDE controller at PCI slot 02:01.0 The drivers are built into the 2.4 kernel, there is no separate module as far as I can see. In that respect anything running a 2.4 kernel should pick up the PDC. I'm running the 2.4.20-13.9 kernel, but have used 2.4.20-8 okay; in that respect very early 2.4 kernels may not have included them.
