Sendmail Upgrade to SSL/TLS on RH 7.3 Server

I've noticed in 8.0 and 9 that SSL/TLS is included in the sendmail 
RPMe.  Trying to upgrade the sendmail to a version including SSL/TLS 
support on a 7.3 server has been a real chore for me.

It's a production-server, so I'd like to ensure it's a 7.3 compatible 
build.  For example, the db-4 set is not included in 7.3, and there are 
other dependencies.  I do have all the openssl, etc. dependencies installed.

Anyone find the source of a good 7.3 RPM for me to upgrade to a sendmail 
with this stuff compiled-in?  The Rawhide RPMs have dependencies, and none 
of the official 7.3 RPMs have it compiled in.  An 8.0 or 9 RPM isn't an 
option because of the db-4/db-3 issue.
