The place where to find out what Red Hat have done to the original
kernel is the kernel src.rpm. All the patches are in there as well
as the package spec file which would tell you details about the
build process.

Now if you tell me, you knew all of that, well, I can't point you to
a place that saves you from analyzing the src.rpm.
