and my gnome produces sounds when I initiate apps. But xmms which I downloaded, and not the one that was standard on 8.0.94 plays mp3's does not produce sound. The volume is set to the max level.
In addition, when I use gnome-cd the cd plays but produces not sound either. sndconfig produces the linux pronunciation sound. What is wrong?
