I am attempting to setup My Zyxel TA128 ISDN adapter on my linux machine at home (redhat4.1 kernel 2.0.27). I have the ISDN adapter installed and working properly. I have the same script that i used with my analog modem that i'm using with a few modications (DIaling string, init string, port speed, etc). When i log in, i get connected, and can ping my ISP's router, but nothing else. I think the problem may be that I have a subnet setup at my ISP for *.240-256 (a /28 address i'm told). Where do i setup my subnet on my linux machine? and if thats NOT the problem, do you have any idea what the problem IS? I've Read quite a few HOWTO's (Net-2, DNS, and a couple others i can't recall right now), and a few mans (ifconfig, inetd, etc) and can't seem to get it to work. I've been using the "Network Configurator" in the X control panel to setup the network settings, but i'm not sure if i'm doing it right. any help would be appreciated. I came into work to send this email, then i'll be going back home to work on it once i get some info, so if someone could respond ASAP it would be very greatly appreciated.
