I believe you bought a bunch of training. You didn't buy
ongoing/lifetime support. You will get access to the ISOs - I don't
think it's unreasonable, but I don't think Red Hat should be delaying
access to everybody else so that RHCEs can get it early. Have you
considered the possibility that they may not actually be ready yet?
