Dear Friends,
Does anyone know how the following would apply to software - Please
include whether what you are telling me is from your own experience, or
pointers to free help.
A person buys a camera. The camera doesn't work. You decide to call
and get support. The company says "You have to pay for help". You decide
...."Hey, I'll use my OLD camera then..." and decide to return it. Only you
can't because this is really about a C compiler installation ( which I have
done
MANY times before) and so far, I can't return it! Why should the burden of
proof be on US for basic installation ?!?!
Any ideas guys? I think the business software world sucks big time!
Any prayer of organizing a class action suite ?
OK, I am done crying. But this really stinks.
