What about when the same libs are included in more than one package? I
think (and I may be wrong) that the RPM install will fail when it can't
write included files, even if the files are already installed.
I think that's the case and, if so, a revitalization of the RPM method
may be in order to allow for the checking of already installed files and
excluding them if they exist.
Of course, if I'm worng about that part, just ignore me.
