An e-mail from [EMAIL PROTECTED] was recevied...

The above e-mail is addressed to [EMAIL PROTECTED] The relay mailer was
selected for hotmail.com (good) but for some reason the relay system was
localhost, not the MX for hotmail.com. Bzzt!

Now a DSN was generated back to the sender...

The sending system (localhost) is reporting that the user is unknown for the
DSN...

Since the user is unknown sendmail is trying to notify the postmaster...

I'm only guessin here (you have not supplied any config info), but I would
say that /etc/mail/local-host-names does not contain an entry for your
domain...

ns.ostech.com.au -or- ostech.com.au

Plus, based on the relay selection (localhost) you could have resolver lib
problems.
