I have done .wav file with festival... both txt and sable..

Say for example PHP-Nuke with a link to each one of the news published and if the visitor follows the link, *something* sends the text to festival, festival generates the .wav, another tool converts it to .mp3 and this is send to the visitor browser.
I have PHP-Nuke, the ".wav-to-.mp3 tool", and have done tests sending .mp3 files to IExplorer and Navigator. What I don't know how to do is to take the text file and send it to the festival server.
