i.e. a logged in user session is inactive for 15 minutes so the system locks up in such a way that a password must be entered before the user can re-commence work on the system again; the system could either lockup itself up but leave the user logged on and just a password must be entered to gain access; OR the system could log out the current user and just present a new login prompt
The assumptions on the system would be that X windows will probably not be running, and the Redhat version will be 6.x something.
