Hello list I am interested in kind of mimicking windows Active Directory. I am interested in isolating/securing several parent/child domains, but need to set up a few trusted domains. From the research I have been doing I think that if I run samba and LDAP I can get pretty close. Or am I barking up the wrong tree? Or is there any software out there that will allow directory services for mostly win clients with Linux domain controllers?
