On www.redhat.com click on "Support & Docs" and consult the "Red Hat
Manuals" in the "Red Hat Docs" section.

Installing a kernel package is done with "rpm -ivh file".

Another way is to fetch the packages and put them into
/var/spool/up2date, then run "up2date" as usual. It will accept the
already downloaded packages happily.
