It would depend on your gateway/router. If it's an appliance (Linksys,
NetGear, etc.) look on your setup screen for Forwarding. If it's a Linux
box, there's a host of HOWTO info on port forwarding for ipchains or
iptables.  Basically, port forwarding tells a firewall/gateway/router to
take all requests for port 21 (or whatever port you're want) and forward
then internally to a specific IP (host).
