Hi

After applying the latest Red Hat OpenSSH errata packages
(version 3.1p1-6) to a Red Hat 7.3 server, I am no longer
able to authenticate using public key. When logging in
from a remote host, I am now prompted only for my password.

I don't see anything interesting in the debug output for
sshd on the server or for ssh on the client.

What's odd is that installing the latest OpenSSH package
does not seem to have changed any SSH configuration files.

For what it's worth, the client I mostly use to connect runs
Red Hat 8.0.94, and therefore OpenSSH 3.5p1-6.

Has anybody else seen this? Can anybody suggest why this
might be happening?

Thanks
