The mistake you are doing is that you are not allocating the rest of
the drive i.e 13GB to the logical drive. You are allocating only 7GB to
logical drive and the rest of the drive becomes inaccessible.

I you feel fit you may do the following:
1) Create a primary part 7GB for windows.
2) Create a 100 MB primary partition for Linux to boot.
3) Create a logical partition and allocate all cylinders to it.
4) Create a logical drive of 7GB (Drive D)
5) Create a logical drive to swap.
6) Create a logical drive for Linux /
7) Mark 2nd part as boot-able

When you install select disk-druid. Assign the second primary part
created for Linux with mounting on /boot and 6th part for Linux /
Swap will be selected automatically.
When Linux install asks to install boot loader then select the first
sector of the primary part. In this case it will be 2nd part i.e /boot.
This way even if you install, reinstall winduhs your linux booting will
be unaffected.
