*** Eeeer... I think your best bet would be to contact the editor of IE,
Microsoft.

On the other hand I have an impression you've been pirated and somebody did
something to your IE for it to always load he page you see.

Pirated=somebody modified your program without your consent.

Why don't you reinstall your Operating System?
