I installed the 2.4-18-24.7 kernel on a RH 7.3 IBM x350 server and I am getting a kernel panic. Interestingly, I have this same kernel on 4 other servers without any problems. This machine has a major difference though, I'm using Raid1 and Raid5 through a ServeRaid controller.
The panic says to try specifying an init, error 2, and shows a modload error. Also, the 2.4-18-18.7 kernel works fine. Any ideas?
