Hmmm...what version of RH at your running? You may be trying to install a v8.0 RPM via up2date but it's not seeing it since you are running v7.x or lower. I you are running v8.0, then I'm stumped as to why it won't work...maybe you have to give the up2date command a few switches to force the new install?
