Seth, in RH8 you can go to SystemSettings->Packages which will allow you to add and remove all components of the RH system. If you want to install RPMs that did not come with RH8, the Gnome desktop file manager has a very nice built in utility that will automatically install your RPM if you double click on it. If you want an older RPM manager, insert CD3 and double click on GnoRPM.
