I just found that I had 3 different versions of libssl
on my machine in three different libraries.

I have zapped the ones in /lib and /usr/lib, and updated
the one in /usr/local/lib to the current release.

Now when I run up2date, it wants to install a copy of
the (older) library in /usr/lib. Since this appears on
the screen where it is 'checking dependancies' there is
no way to uncheck it.

Trying to remove it from /var/spool/up2date between the pull
and the install fails too.

Now this IS installed in a different library, so I was able
to do a rpm uninstall after the up2date without touching my
good version, but

IS there any better way to do this ????
