CGI script error on RH4.2 with apache/1.2.0

I get this error when I tried to run a cgi script on RH4.2 with apache 1.2.0

access to /home/httpd/cgi-bin/webannouncer.cgi failed reason: Premature end
of script headers

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
