So, if we apply that patch to all 8.0 machines running dhclient, and
then their individual NTP daemons will automatically sync to the
ntp-servers specified by the DHCP server? That would be _very_ nice.

Silly question, but having looked at the patch I don't have the faintest
idea of what to do with it. Can I simply change "restrict default
ignore" to "restrict default nomodify", then? Or are there some
patch-application instructions somewhere I should read?
