Try searching google.com or freshmeat.net.  I don't know if you'll find
much.  It doesn't seem like there's much demand for such a thing these
days.  Most people are serializing objects to XML and communicating with
that.  It's terribly easy in Java, I'm told, and works well for
interoperability.
