It seems you will need to check your system for errors, damaged
file-systems and damaged packages. Try renaming /bin/rpm yourself.
Check the permissions on / and /bin. Verify your installed packages,
at least "rpm -V rpm". Verify the downloaded packages (rpm -K file).
Fsck your /bin partition.
