I'm not sure that metacity supports outline dragging. That's a function of the window manager, not Gnome, and metacity is very poorly documented. If no one else has a better answer for you, use a different window manager by modifying the WINDOW_MANAGER environment variable in your .bash_profile. -- "Of course I'm in shape!
