Just get webmin-1.050-1.noarch.rpm and avoid problems. Save it in any

When I do the above  "rpm -ivh webmin-1.050-1.noarch.rpm" should some of the
output look like:

Usage: RPM [-a | --all] [-f | --file] all the way to the end being
[--without=<option.]

Which took about 5 seconds to run? If so, when I load my browser to
http://yourserverip:10000 it comes back saying unknown host yourserverip.
What went wrong?????
