ah, so *currently*, red hat has the ability to distribute the MP3
software, but wants to avoid potential problems in case the c.p.
holder changes their mind (which they can do any time they want).

freshrpms, OTOH, is taking advantage of the current situation but,
if the c.p. holder once again changes their mind, he will have to
stop distributing.
