Hello, I have 3 problems with my USB keyboard in Redhat Linux 8.0: 1) Sometimes when I type fast, some keys don't get read and displayed on the screen. 2) Sometimes,the keyboard stops responding for a period of time, I can't type anything. 3) Sometimes, when I'm typing, I just press one key, for example the 'a' key, and it will automatically display various chars. Like: saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
I have to press <Bksp> to stop it, and sometimes it doesn't even stop, I have to reboot my computer. This is a new DELL USB keyboard, and it works PERFECTLY in WinXP, so does anybody have any information on how to fix this? I would appreciate any help.
