I don't know and google doesn't give me the error either - the bind error address already in use worries me more though. You've been asking quite a few question on quite a few network things. I suggest stripping back to nothing, and getting basic networking happening first. It seems to me like you've got every service under the sun running and a lot of it is misconfigured. That's all I can say - I think you're trying to do too much at once.
