In a few words...Yes and Yes. F-Prot works seamlessly with MailScanner and is the cheapest of the commerical virus scanners. It's free for personal use and they only charge a couple of hundred $$$ for each server. I think the others charge by user with a minimum #. They get very pricey very quickly. On the other hand they are targetting large installations. It works very well. They update its virus definition files regularly (seems like every few days).
