Heh. With all respect, I've been in the biz over 20 years. Automobiles
have gotten better; operating systems have held steady in some cases, or
gotten worse in others. But I'll continue to expect my car to work more
reliably.
The other poster's crack about your troubleshooting skills, BTW, was way
out of line, IMHO.
