I don't know of any software that can do that right of the bat, what you may want to do is write a script that will using cron periodically check and send stuff from the directory. Something like mailx/mail could be a useful program to use in this case.
I think that there should be some program out there that can do this but its easier to just write script to do this with mailx/mail I think
