This module is checked for when using dial in. The Redhat kernels don't have it enabled. I believe it has something to do with compression? It's not important. If you wish to get rid of the message then add " alias net-pf-10 off" to /etc/modules.conf. Search for it in google and you'll get LOTs of information. > b) named[1308]: denied query from [216.6.24.101.32768 for > "my_domain.org" It looks like 216.6.24.101 (ie. eplus2.twiga.com) is attempting to use your dns. Your dns is refusing the connection. If you don't know who they are then it is likely someone made a typo when configuring their host. You might want to complain to them or just block them at your firewall. > > 2) My man command doesn't work. i.e. when i type man with any command it says > No manual entry for that command. Type "man named". It should give you a section on named. If it doesn't try entering "rpm -q man" to see if you even have it installed. -- Gerry "The lyfe so short, the craft so long to learne" Chaucer -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?subject=unsubscribe https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
