Reg. libc.so.6

Hi,

I want to upgrade binutils package in RH linux 7.0 But it says

error: failed dependencies:
        libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.2.3)   is needed by binutils-2.13.90.0.2-2

what I have to do ?
