I guess maybe I could have found the missing modules on cpan.org. I could not figure out how to use rpmfind.net to get just the missing modules. I upgraded perl to 5.6.1 (required about downloading and installing about 6 or 7 rpms from 7.3). It zapped openwebmail until I got the cgi-perl.rpm too. Hopefully, nothing else will bomb. It was a little scary since the system is a virtual domain server rather than a standalone machine. I was worried I might zap something in the VE engine from the SwSoft vendor.
