hey everyone...

I had been having trouble with the time and date on my machine. The
afterstep module asclock was consistently displaying the wrong time and
date. I was instructed to execute the command

ln -s /usr/share/zoneinfo /usr/lib/zoneinfo

that is on the redhat support homepage. Since I executed the command, the
time has been correct, but the date has been 1 day slow, on both asclock
AND the sytem clock (I have been accessing that using the date command.)
I have tried the command 'date (time and date)' to set the clock, and it
works until I reboot. What is my problem?

Thanks...
