After installing those libs ( where did you put them by the way? They should
be in/usr/local/office40 I think) you need to change the installation

At this site http://www.waldherr.org/soffice/ you will find a link
( script )
which will give you the new installation script.
Download that and then place it in the office40 directory and try running
setup again
