Hi,
I have Linux 7.1 running as a Firewall between a
local LAN and Internet (Something very simple).
Actually the firewall is using
IP-Masquerade with IPChains. Everithing works fine, but the video and audio
of MS messenger clients.
I studied a bit of this, and I found that ip
masquerade (ipchains in this case) doesn't route H.323 (the strange
protocol of messenger).
I also founded solutions for this issue in 2.2.x
linux kernels (donwloading and compiling a kernel module)
... But the problem is ... that Redhat 7.1 has
2.4.x kernel ... and that solution doesn't work for this !
... Maybe there's another way !! ... Any ideas
???? ... What about upgrading to RH 8 ???
Thanks a lot for your help !!
Guillermo.
