Hi everyone,
I'm going to ask a really stupid question.
Do I need to setup samba to get a win95 machine and a linux machine to ping
each other?
I ask this as I'm having a lot of problems just pinging between the two,
but as yet I haven't setup samba on the linux box.
Also, when running tcpdump -n on the linux box you can see the win95
machine send out an arp checking it's IP address, yet pinging that address
from the linux machine I get no reply. What could I have screwed up here?
Cya,
Pete
