You have two options:
1) install the kernel-source rpm for your kernel and build the drivers. 
You'll find the package in the same place you got your kernel.

2) install the kernel errata for 7.2 from this location:
https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2002-262.html
You'll need this specific one to install the binary alsa drivers found
here (until these are rebuilt for the latest kernel errata):
