OK. Well it seems that I have problems with Tiff files, and maybe the jpg files were actually tiff productions?? Along with not being able to see jpeg or jpg or tiff files I see pop up messages that I need Java installed. I guess that is part of what needs to be added?? Am I on the right track now?
