For an unlimited commercial license - yes. There are personal license
options that are significantly cheaper than that. Check out
http://www.netwinsite.com for details.
INN/Suck is cheaper, and does work. I've not tried it with INN 1.7, but
certainly had a suck/INN arrangement working just fine with INN 1.4. Long
time ago now though.
