Yep, had to upgrade the compiler because I have the Cyrix chip gcc bug.
The RPM package install just doesn't work right, in my opinion.  I get so
many dependency errors that I have had to force things to install.  The RPM
installs just haven't worked for me.

Now its screwed up this compile.

Oh well.
