Hi I am new to this list so please forgive me if I am rehashing an old topic. My issue is with _Xsetlocale_ . I cannot run any java applications, Aim and ICQ specifically. I have done as much research as I can and haven't come to any resolutions. BTW, I run RH 5 with all the updates I can find. I have gotten things to run with jdk-1.1.5 by using a substitute X331 binary, but then I upgraded to Xfree-3.3.2 and things broke again. SO now I've replaced jdk-1.1.5 with jdk-1.1.3 and things work again, in fact, they work better. JDk-1.1.5 seemed to have some memory problems although this could just be the version I was using. If someone could shed some light on this issue or point to me to any relevant material, I would greatly appreciate it.
