I don't know specifically about Linux-based web servers, but for statistics
on web servers in general, see: http://www.netcraft.co.uk/Survey/
Apache (the web server usually used on Linux) has more than half the
market and is growing. Microsoft's IIS has slightly over one fifth
of the market and is shrinking. Of course the figures for Apache
include other platforms on which it runs - notably NetBSD.
